These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of biolifeshops.com and shop.biolifeshops.com (together, the "Site"), which are operated by BioLife Nature’s Supplements ("BioLife," "we," "us," or "our"), and your purchase of products from the Site. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Accessibility Statement, which are available on this Site and form part of your agreement with us. If you participate in the BioLife Affiliate Program, the program terms at https://biolifeshops.com/affiliate-program also apply.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. 4. Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss
We will ship products to the delivery address you provide. Title to, and risk of loss of, products passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SITE, OR ANY PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). 14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at info@biolifeshops.com, and we will work in good faith to resolve it within thirty (30) days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, supply-chain disruptions, power failures, or internet or telecommunications outages.
16. Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement; Assignment
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice; you may not assign them without our prior written consent.
