No earnings ceiling
Tier 3 is the highest rate, not a limit on what you earn. There is no cap on total commission, no maximum number of orders, and no limit on how many people you introduce. Thresholds are measured on the sales you referred within the calendar month, valued at the product subtotal after any promotion or discount code, with shipping, tax, and refunded orders excluded. Cross a threshold and the whole month re-rates — including the sales that got you there.
Every sale is shared three ways
A connection is made by entering another affiliate's friend code — when you apply, or later from your dashboard. It is mutual and permanent: you share in their sales exactly as they share in yours. There is no hierarchy and no seniority. Enter no code and there is simply nothing to share, in either direction.

Example assumes an affiliate at Tier 2 for the month with 4 friends, who between them are connected to 20 other people. Both 5% pools are fixed — they are divided among however many people share them, not multiplied by the number of people involved. A pool with nobody in it is not created at all.
Enter a code whenever you like
On the application form or later from your dashboard — there is no deadline. You can enter one only once, and from then on it is fixed. It applies to sales made after it is accepted.
Counted once, never twice
Each sale is settled against one list of people with duplicates removed. However many paths connect you to a sale, you are paid once — and no seller ever shares in their own sale.
No code, no pool
Leave the field blank and you keep your full tier rate on everything you sell. With nobody to divide a pool among, no pool is created and none is paid out — until you add a code.
Both pools are funded from our margin. The affiliate who made the sale always receives their full tier rate — nobody earns less because someone else earns. BioLife makes no representation that any affiliate will earn a particular amount; shared pools supplement your own commission rather than replacing it, and for most affiliates the large majority of earnings come from sales they make themselves.

It works both ways
A friend isn't above or below you. Whoever introduced whom, the connection is identical in both directions: when you sell, they share; when they sell, you share.
No code today is fine
Join without a friend code and keep your full commission on everything you sell. If someone introduces you later, you can add their code from your dashboard whenever you're ready.

Conditions of participation
The full agreement is provided on approval. These are the terms that matter most day to day.
Eligibility
- You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
- An active website, newsletter, or social channel with genuine, original audience engagement.
- Content must align with health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle topics.
- A PayPal account in your own legal name is required to receive payment.
- Applications are reviewed individually; we may decline or revoke acceptance at our discretion.
Commission & payment
- Commission is calculated on the product subtotal after any promotion or discount code has been applied, excluding shipping and tax.
- Attribution uses a last-click model with a 60-day cookie, the same at every tier.
- Payment is issued exclusively to PayPal. We do not pay by check, wire, direct deposit, gift card, or cryptocurrency.
- Payouts are issued on the 15th of each month for the prior month, subject to a $50 minimum balance that rolls over if unmet.
- Orders that are refunded, charged back, or cancelled are deducted from the following payout, including every share paid on them.
- Self-referrals and purchases for your own household do not earn commission.
How friends are established
- A connection is made by entering another affiliate's friend code — on your application form, or at any time afterwards from your dashboard.
- The friend code field is optional. Leaving it blank costs you nothing on your own sales and you can fill it in later.
- You may enter a friend code only once. Once it is accepted it is permanent and cannot be changed, transferred, sold, or reassigned.
- A code entered later is not retroactive. It applies to sales made from the date it is accepted onward; earlier sales are already settled.
- The code must belong to an approved affiliate other than yourself, and cannot be one of your own accounts.
- Operating multiple accounts to connect to yourself forfeits all accrued commission.
Shared commission
- Your friends are the affiliate whose code you applied with, plus every affiliate who applied with yours.
- Friends of friends are the friends of those people, one step further out.
- On every qualifying sale, a 5% pool is divided equally among the seller's friends, and a second 5% pool is divided equally among their friends of friends.
- Nobody is paid twice on the same sale. Anyone who qualifies in both groups is counted once, in the friends pool only, and the seller never receives a share of their own sale.
- The more people share a pool, the smaller each individual share becomes. Pools are fixed at 5%; they do not grow with the number of people in them.
- Both pools are funded from our margin. They never reduce the tier commission earned by the affiliate who made the sale.
- A pool with nobody in it is not created and nothing is paid out from it. If you have no friends, the friends pool on your sales does not exist; if none of your friends have other friends, neither does the friends-of-friends pool.
- Affiliates with no friend code are not connected to anyone, including each other, and no share is ever paid to or from them.
- Shares accrue only on real product sales. Nobody is paid for introducing anyone, and joining is free.
Tier qualification
- Your tier is calculated once per calendar month, from the total value of the sales you referred in that month.
- Sale value means the product subtotal after any promotion or discount code, with shipping and tax excluded.
- $0–$199 is Tier 1 at 10%, $200–$999 is Tier 2 at 15%, and $1,000 or more is Tier 3 at 20%.
- The rate applies to the whole month. Crossing a threshold re-rates every sale in that month, including the ones already made.
- Each month is assessed independently and starts again at Tier 1. Volume does not carry forward between months.
- Shares earned from friends' sales do not count toward tier qualification — only sales you refer directly.
- Orders refunded or cancelled before the month closes are removed from the total and may lower the tier for that month.
Promotion rules
- Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly, per FTC endorsement guidelines.
- Never state or imply that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease.
- Never present the program as an income opportunity, guaranteed return, or investment.
- Only use claims from our approved copy library or the product pages themselves.
- No bidding on BioLife brand terms in paid search, and no coupon-injection or cookie-stuffing extensions.
- No unsolicited email, spam, or purchased traffic. No impersonation of BioLife on any channel.
BioLife may update program terms, commission rates, pool percentages, or tier thresholds with 30 days' notice to active affiliates. Participation is also governed by our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Nothing. The program is free to join, there is no purchase requirement, and there are no minimums to keep your account active.
No. There is no earnings ceiling, no cap on how many people you introduce, and no maximum on total commission. Your own sales rate is set by your tier, and everything above that is uncapped.
Your friends are the affiliate whose code you entered on your application, plus every affiliate who entered yours. It doesn't matter who introduced whom — the connection is mutual and identical in both directions. When you make a sale, your friends share in it; when they make a sale, you share in theirs.

What does not happen is the sharing: with no friends, there is no pool on your sales and no pool payout to you. Nothing is created and nothing is paid. The pools exist only to be divided among real people — with nobody to divide them among, there is no pool and no payout, and that margin stays with BioLife. Your own 10%, 15%, or 20% is untouched either way.
No. Affiliates with no friend code are not connected to anyone, including each other, and no share is ever paid between them. You would have no reason to share commission with a stranger you have never worked with.
The affiliate who made the sale earns their full tier rate — 10%, 15%, or 20%. Separately, a 5% pool is divided equally among that person's friends, and another 5% pool is divided equally among their friends of friends. Both pools come out of our margin and never reduce what the seller is paid.
It depends on how many people share the pool. If a friend makes a $100 sale and has 4 friends, the 5% pool is $5.00 and your share is $1.25. If they have 20 friends, your share of the same sale is $0.25. The pool is a fixed 5% — it is divided, not multiplied.
No. If you qualify as both a friend and a friend of a friend of the seller, you are counted once and paid from the friends pool only. A seller never receives a share of their own sale.

You will need to open one before you can be paid. PayPal is our only payout method, and commissions accrue in your account until a valid PayPal address is on file.

Refunded, cancelled, or charged-back orders are reversed and deducted from the next payout, along with every share that was paid on them. This is why payment follows the return window.
