Refund Policy

At BioLife Nature's Supplements, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items before processing a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened products, products past their expiration date, or items purchased through disreputable channels.

3. Process for Returns

Contact us to initiate a return. Ship the product to our address with proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund within the specified timeframe, contact us first. Outstanding refunds may also be delayed by your bank or credit card company.
