These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of biolifeshops.com and your purchase of products from BioLife (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
Eligibility

If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will issue a full refund. A contract of sale is formed only when we confirm that your order has shipped.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By placing an order you authorize us, through PayPal, to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable tax and shipping. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only. Shipping charges and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Returns and refunds
